Exeter

Skypark is a new generation of business park in Exeter, South West England. It is a partnership between St. Modwen, a regeneration specialist, and Devon County Council. The project aims to create up to 6,500 new jobs and boost the local economy over the next 20 years. Skypark offers office, industrial and distribution space, as well as hotel, local facilities and a biomass and gas combined heat and power plant. The site covers over 100 acres and has excellent transport links, being next to Exeter International Airport and near Junction 29 of the M5 motorway.
