This project involved the construction of a single unit comprising 89,042 sq ft (8,272 m2) of industrial storage and distribution space, complete with integral offices, internal plant deck and associated external works, on a prepared earthworks plateau, including connection to pre-installed adjacent service termination points.

Our team undertook the installation of safety netting across more than 16,000 square meters, complemented by edge protection spanning 1,000 meters and 12 HAKI UK Stair Towers. These measures ensured seamless access to all project areas. Notably, this project stands as one of the largest endeavours undertaken by Nationwide Safety, and we successfully delivered outstanding results. It truly exemplifies the ambitious scale we strive for as a company.
