The Rhino system has been developed to combine the high-speed installation of plastic decking systems with the strength, safety, and functionality of traditional scaffolding. It is for these reasons that it is the accepted system for the top 10 UK housebuilders.
The system can be installed significantly quicker than traditional crash deck scaffolding while the steel composition of the system allows for a solid working platform with a high load capacity.
Rhino Deck is unlike other platform decking alternatives as it is 100% self-supporting and therefore does not put pressure on perimeter walls. meaning it can be erected prior to mortar drying saving an average of 3 days build time per plot!
Training And Safety
Rhino Deck is a FASET approved system and offers different levels of training for users. A manufacturer specific certified training carried out over 1/2 a day to demonstrate competence in the system. The course highlights safe working practices, component guides, installation, storage and much more.There is also a combination of training, experience, and assessment resulting in a recognised trade specific CSCS Blue card - this training is FASET approved and provides proof that individuals working on construction sites have the appropriate training and qualifications for the job they do on site.

RhinoDeck is an innovative and flexible work, load and access platform system that allows safe working at height.
With its modular design, RhinoDeck can be set up quickly to reach a working height of 5.5 metres.
RhinoDeck is a completely free-standing system that doesn’t require external support and when combined with handrail, gates and ladder attachments it can become an effective crash deck, trestle or load platform.
Rhino can easily be installed by a team of 2 at a rate of 50m2 per hour.
